Buying a car should not mean a long afternoon across a desk from someone you just met. We start with a conversation: what you drive now, how many miles you put on it, what you want the next car to do better. From there we look for the car that fits and lay out the numbers line by line, so nothing in the final paperwork surprises you.
When the car is ready, we don't just hand you the keys. We go over the features with you, from the infotainment to the driver assists, until you feel at home behind the wheel. That part comes up in our reviews more than anything else.
